SPIKE A CLASSIC

Bourbon Hot Cocoa
STEP ONE: In a saucepan stir together 1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate pieces and 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. Whisk in 3 1/2 cups fat-free milk and 2 Tbsp. honey. Cook over medium until boiling and chocolate is melted, whisking constantly. Stir in 1/4 cup bourbon.

 

STEP TWO: For topper, pour 1/2 cup fat-free milk into a medium bowl. Microwave 20 to 30 seconds or until warm. Beat with whisk until frothy. Serve cocoa with topper and, if desired, sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
